In this role, youll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, procurement, and risk management.
Youll liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to streamline project delivery and provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management. Youll also advise leadership on procurement strategy, contractual risks, and commercial implications, ensuring financial transparency and optimal contractor performance.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline, and has 5-8 years experience in cost management and/or construction project management.Professional registration or eligibility (e.g., RICS, SACQSP, CIOB) is highly advantageous.
