Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, optimise, and resolve application defects and production issues.
Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Contribute to system performance, security, and maintainability initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years' software development experience.
Strong full stack development experience within enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile development teams.
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices advantageous.
