Marketing Operations Coordinator

ey Responsibilities
- Coordinate printing, marketing material, and supplier quotations.
- Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and dealership requests.
- Coordinate marketing events and supplier communications.
- Support OEM marketing compliance, claims, and reporting.
- Maintain dealership marketing budgets and expense tracking.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and lead reports.
- Manage model release documentation and general marketing administration.
- Liaise with internal teams, dealerships, and external marketing partners.
- Matric Certificate.
- Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in marketing administration and social media management.
- Automotive industry experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
