Creative Director - ( Zambian - Expat Opportunity)

Who are we looking for:

An experienced Creative Director with 10+ years’ experience (7+ in leadership), strong integrated marketing expertise and a proven ability to lead high-performing creative teams across African or international markets. A balance of creative vision and commercial understanding is essential.

• Lead and manage the in-house creative team
• Drive integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social, develop and maintain brand identity and creative direction
• Translate business objectives into impactful creative strategies
• Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing, media and executive stakeholders
• Manage budgets, resources and production processes
• Mentor and develop team capability

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related (postgrad advantageous)
• 10+ years’ experience, with 7+ in senior roles
• Strong experience in integrated campaign development and production
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Strong creative, analytical and stakeholder management ability
