Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources / industrial psychology / related field (Masters degree advantageous)
- Minimum 810 years HR experience, with at least 5 years at senior/executive level
- Must have: FMCG industry experience
- Proven track record in union negotiations and collective bargaining
- Strong experience in ER/IR, including handling complex disciplinary matters and CCMA cases
- In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking and decision-making
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Resilience and ability to manage complex labour environments
