AGRONOMIST / TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER πΎ
Our client, a well-established seed breeding and production company, is currently seeking to appoint an Agronomist / Technical Sales Manager.
π Location: George, Howick, or Pretoriaπ° Salary: R35,000 R40,000 CTC
π Benefits: Provident Fund + Company Vehicle (vehicle not included in CTC)
β° Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
Essential Requirements
β 25 years experience in seed sales or agronomy
β Relevant Agronomy qualification and practical experience
β Fluent in Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking) essential
β Valid drivers license (non-negotiable)
β Own reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities
π Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for seed products
π¨πΎ Provide technical agronomy advice to farmers and agents regarding product use
π§ͺ Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of product trials
π’ Ensure new product information is communicated effectively to agents and farmers
π€ Deliver presentations at farmer days, study groups, and industry events
π° Develop and meet sales budgets by monitoring and tracking performance
π¦ Assist with stock takes and management of consignment stock
