Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Logistics / Trade / Supply Chain qualification
- Experience in the clearing and forwarding industry
- Understand PPECB/DALRRD/Phytclean/Titan certification process
- High level of computer skills (having worked on QX / Ship Shape / Ports Online /Ecert will be highly advantageous)
- Willing to work overtime in peak season
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with customer queries
- Prepare export documentation (SD500, Phyto, COO etc.)
- Communicate ETD / ETA to customers along with any delays in transit
- Follow up with client or Origin office for suitable documentation
- Request documents from clients
- Arrange bookings with clients
- Liaise with shipping lines
