Operations Manager

Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town

Description:

As Operations, the role will oversee the day-to-day sales operations ensuring alignment between sales strategies and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process optimisation - streamlining sales process to increase efficiency.
• Sales strategy development - creating and executing sales plans to meet targets.
• Customer relationship management - maintaining and building relationships.
• Collaboration - working cross functional departments.
• Sales forecasting - predicting sales trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Reporting and analysis - providing sales performance reports and insights.
• Performance analysis - tracking performance and identifying improvements.
• Team management - leading, training and guiding teams.
• Problem solving - resolving operational issues.
• Financial targets - achieve monthly targets through active monitoring of activity ratios.

Essential Requirements:

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Confident in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Experience leading or supporting teams (people management)
