Stock Controller

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new vehicle stock, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate stock control in a busy dealership environment.

• Manage and maintain new vehicle stock records.
• Process vehicle invoices accurately and timeously.
• Capture and reconcile stock movements.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed correctly.
• Liaise with relevant departments regarding stock and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate filing and administrative records.

• Grade 12 (Matric) Essential.
• Previous invoicing and stock control experience is essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the motor industry.
• Experience within a vehicle dealership would be beneficial but is not required.
• A sales background would be advantageous but is not required.
