The Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Full-Stack Developer (Contract)

This role exists to design, develop, customise, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business processes and operational requirements. Key focus areas include full-stack front-end and back-end development for Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating CRM with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and automating processes using Dataverse, Power Platform, and APIs.

• Design, develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop front-end and back-end components and custom solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, and other enterprise applications.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 functionality, including entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and automation.
• Work with Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and APIs to support business process automation and data integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, deployments, and production issue resolution following software development best practices.

• Relevant professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, with proven experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Practical, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), including business processes, data entities, APIs, services, customisations, or system integration.
• Full-stack development capabilities across front-end and back-end technologies, including strong C# and .NET programming skills.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 extensibility.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, enterprise system integrations, SQL Server, and data management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with Azure services, Microsoft development tools, software development life cycles, testing, deployment, and version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
• Good communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical delivery.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with X++ development and the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development environment.
• Experience with Power BI and business reporting.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, security roles, and application performance optimisation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
