A well-established and busy General Dental Practice in Claremont, Cape Town is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The practice consists of 4 Dentists and 1 Oral Hygienist, and they pride themselves on providing excellent patient care in a professional environment.
Requirements & Experience Needed- 8 -10+ years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist (essential)
- Secretary Diploma advantageous
- Proficient in Word, Excel and GoodX (preferable)
- Strong communication skills – must confidently handle emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp
- Well-spoken, professional, organised, and highly admin/task-orientated
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work:
- Monday - Friday: 07:45 - 17:15
- One Saturday per month
- Training on Saturdays for the first 6 months
- Additional Saturdays if the practice requires catch-up work
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 before deductions (depending on experience) - Willing to pay more for the right experience.
