A global leader in optical technology and innovation is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their Finance team. This is a critical role responsible for managing customer accounts, minimizing credit risk, and ensuring healthy cash flow for the business.

As the Credit Controller you will responsible for the following:

• Manage customer credit accounts and monitor outstanding debts
• Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email
• Assess credit applications and set credit limits in line with company policy
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve account queries
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements
• Prepare aged debt reports and support month-end closing activities
• Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary

Job Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role

Knowledge of financial regulations and credit risk principles
