Job Description:

• Sell and supply parts to meet customer needs with accurate first quotations.
• Handle counter sales, telephonic queries, payments, warranties, and returns.
• Record parts on job cards, ensure correct items are picked, and follow up on shortages.
• Manage supplier orders and consumables accurately.
• Support departmental marketing plans and maintain a clean, secure parts department.
• Adhere to company policies on pricing, discounts, and stock security, and report supplier price changes.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or higher

Minimum 2-3 years experiences in similar role

Code 8 license

Evolve system experience

Read and write English
