Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on and experienced General Manager to lead their dedicated team and uphold impeccable standards for the guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and overall management of hotel operations
  • Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Oversee departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa and Maintenance
  • Ensure financial sustainability through cost control, budgeting and revenue growth
  • Lead, inspire and manage staff performance, training and development
  • Implement and maintain SOPs and quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards
  • Liaise with guests, VIPs and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a General Manager or Deputy GM in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel environment (minimum 5 years)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Skills
  • Strong leadership, operational and financial acumen
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for hospitality
  • Experience in boutique/luxury hotels highly advantageous
