Requirements:
- Matric / High School; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in restaurant, food, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
