A well-established automotive dealership in Bruma is seeking a dedicated Fleet Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role reports to the Sales Manager and is ideal for individuals with a background in fleet sales, corporate sales, and business development within the motor industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with fleet and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the fleet and commercial market.
• Create quotations, proposals, and finance solutions for clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to support dealership growth.
• Deliver exceptional aftersales service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Fleet Sales Executive in the motor industry.
• Demonstrated success in maintaining an existing client database.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid drivers licence.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
• Based in or willing to travel to the Bruma/Johannesburg area.
