Key Responsibilities:
- Managing finance and reporting across all departments
- Overseeing administrative processes across housekeeping, front office, kitchen, facilities, procurement, and food & beverage
- Supporting internal audit processes and central finance teams
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 4-7 years experience in a similar role in the property or hospitality or similar industry
- Relevant accounting qualification (BCom Accounting)
- Experience working with stock take (advantageous)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Effective problem-solving and crisis management ability
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Professional, well-presented, and articulate
- High levels of integrity and reliability
- Proactive, hands-on approach with leadership capability
