This is an in-person position based at the head office, requiring a diligent professional to ensure a cohesive online customer journey.

• Provide 5 years of experience in online sales with a track record of exceeding objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost online revenue.
• Oversee administrative tasks including order processing, inquiries, and after-sales service.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotional activities, and inventory for the online store.
• Provide superior customer service and expert advice to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze online sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in annual stock take and manage online inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online sales with a track record of exceeding objectives.
• Extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and online retail environments.
• Matric certificate is required.
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to commute reliably to Somerset West for full-time, in-person work.
• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Background in categories like optics, hunting, or outdoor gear is highly advantageous.
• A keen interest in outdoor activities such as camping and hunting.
