Key Requirements: 12 years of waxing experience
Relevant beauty or waxing certificationExcellent command of English
Well‑groomed, professional appearance (uniform provided)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Team player with good time management and stamina
Willingness to accommodate client and team requests
Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality waxing services while ensuring client comfort
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areasProvide friendly, professional customer service
Promote retail products and upsell treatments
Support team operations and assist with stock management
Uphold company standards for appearance and professionalism

💰 Salary: Basic R6 000 + Commission on Services & Retail
🎯 Commission Structure: 10% on services, 12% sliding scale on retail
🕒 Working Hours: MonFri 8:30 am6 pm | Sat 8:30 am5 pm | Sun 8:30 am2 pm
