- Develop project plans
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project timelines are met within budget
- Seamless integration between disciplines
- Manage tender process and contractors
- Attend site meetings
- Successful close out and handover
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in construction and or building environment
- Contract principles essential, JBCC, FIDIC, NEC
- Great interpersonal skills
- Perform well in high-pressure environments
- Valid drivers license
Qualification:
- BEng/BTech or Diploma in Civil, Structural or Quantity Surveying
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
