Junior Accountant / Debtors Clerk

Minimum Requirements
- 13 years' experience in a Junior Accountant or Debtors Clerk role
- Essential experience working on Pastel Evolution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions
- A relevant finance or accounting qualification will be advantageous
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Process and maintain debtor transactions accurately
- Perform debtor reconciliations and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Capture and process financial transactions on Pastel Evolution
- Prepare and maintain reports using advanced Excel functions
- Assist with month-end procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department
