Receptionist

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing the switchboard
  • General administrative and receptionist duties
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Diary management for attorneys (strong organisational skills required)
  • Handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate secretaries
  • Managing stationery, courier arrangements, etc.
  • Occasionally assisting with tea service and clearing boardrooms when the tea lady is unavailable
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for opening files and FICA compliance. Previous experience in a law firm and knowledge of FICA requirements mandatory.
