About the Role:
An international and fully wireless ISP company is seeking a proactive, strategic Sales Manager to lead our team into a more business-focused era.As our client expands their dealer and B2B network across Southern Africa, they need a leader who combines sales acumen, process discipline, and team-building excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, and build scalable systems that enable teams across multiple regions to succeed.
You will manage a distributed Sales team, align marketing efforts, and ensure dealers are trained and supported to grow the business sector footprint.

Be based in Somerset West, Randburg, or Newcastle and be willing to travel nationally to support team performance and dealer activation.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience in building and training high-performing sales teams, preferably across multiple locations or regions.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan and implement across quarters.
- Excellent administrative skills and a process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with remote team management and performance tracking.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to drive B2B growth.
- Natural leadership with the ability to motivate, align, and hold teams accountable.
