Operations Manager (Short-term Insurance Industry)

The Ops Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of all business processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Short-Term Insurance Industry
• Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations management or related fields required
• Sales experience in the service industry preferred
• Previous operations management experience
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in account management or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Industry experience in loyalty rewards or short-term insurance is an advantage
• Must own a car
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed for the business unit, including overnight at times
• This role is office-based full-time Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
