Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Transfers and diverse matters, i.e. Estate Transfers, Sectional Titles, Subdivisions, Consolidations.
  • Meticulous and accurate drafting skills
  • Ability to attend to finances on a transfer instruction;
  • Ability to work on electronic files and systems;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Good understanding of the deeds office procedures and practice
  • Ability to work in a process driven environment
  • Ability to report to more than one Director;
  • Knowledge pertaining to Lexis Nexis, AJS and Flow systems will be advantageous
