Requirements:
- Must have experience with Transfers and diverse matters, i.e. Estate Transfers, Sectional Titles, Subdivisions, Consolidations.
- Meticulous and accurate drafting skills
- Ability to attend to finances on a transfer instruction;
- Ability to work on electronic files and systems;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good understanding of the deeds office procedures and practice
- Ability to work in a process driven environment
- Ability to report to more than one Director;
- Knowledge pertaining to Lexis Nexis, AJS and Flow systems will be advantageous
