Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist / Finance Administrator to join our medical practice in Cape Town.

Essential: competent & friendly, but professional

Location: Killarney Gradens, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception and patient communication
  • Processing medical aid claims (experience essential Xero accounting software)
  • Invoicing, debtors, creditors and monthly statements
  • Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
  • Managing accounts using Xero accounting software

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental environment
  • Strong knowledge of medical aid claims processes with GoodX software
  • Proven experience with Xero and Goodx
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Own Transport
