Lodge Manager

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' hospitality management experience essential
- Hospitality or related tertiary qualification beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle essential
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Proven leadership and staff management ability
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing large hospitality operations advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the overall operation of the resort
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Back-of-House departments
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Manage budgets, financial controls, and operational costs
- Lead, train, and develop departmental teams
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and service standards
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are implemented and adhered to
- Conduct regular property inspections and quality control checks
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships
- Ensure the resort is maintained to a high standard at all times
PACKAGE:
- R30,000 per month
- Live-in accommodation provided
