A well-established, highly respected FMCG business (client confidential) is seeking a Financial Manager with 810 years proven FMCG experience to take ownership of a critical finance function. This role requires depth, confidence, and the ability to operate comfortably in a fast-moving, margin-sensitive environment.
You will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, compliance, and providing commercially relevant insight to senior leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how finance supports operational and trading decisions in FMCG, not just how the numbers look on paper.
Non-negotiables:- CA(SA) qualification
- 810 years experience as a Financial Manager within FMCG
- Strong commercial and operational finance exposure
