Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end‑to‑end product design and implementation, from concept to execution.
- Map and optimise client journeys for efficiency and seamless experiences.
- Apply lean principles and AI tools to streamline operations and workflows.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, marketing, and finance.
- Use data and performance metrics to guide product improvements.
- Design and test experiments to enhance client experience and product success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in product management or process engineering.
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field (postgrad advantageous).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with MVP product roadmaps and client journey mapping.
- Analytical, proactive, and adaptable mindset suited to a fast‑paced environment.
