Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for ERP financial modules specific to FMCG needs.
- Design and implement ERP solutions that optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current systems and suggest actionable improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective usage of the ERP financial systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system performance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and financial management in FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, with a focus on financial solutions in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial processes.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementation and optimization projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and project implementations as needed.
