We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team in Cape Town. In this on-site role, you will engage directly with US-based corporate finance clients, guiding qualified leads through streamlined financing processes and helping them secure funding to grow their businesses.
Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities- Relentless Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups with high-potential US-based prospects.
- Pipeline Mastery: Manage and maintain your sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring no lead is left behind.
- Strategic Qualification: Lead comprehensive qualification processes to identify prime B2B opportunities.
- Target Crushing: Collaborate closely with the team to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous CRM records for optimal lead management.
- Playbook Execution: Use Fundwell’s proven sales playbook and technology to maximize results.
- Culture Catalyst: Contribute to a positive, high-energy office environment.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or financial services context, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral and professional English accent, allowing you to make compelling pitches to US executives.
