Project Manager

About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-driven professional with experience in coordinating property or construction projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full development lifecycle from feasibility through to construction and project close-out
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with professional teams including architects, engineers, town planners, quantity surveyors, and legal advisors

• Assist with feasibility studies and updating financial models
• Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and investor packs

• Support rezoning, subdivision, site development plans, building plans, and environmental approvals
• Track submission timelines and liaise with relevant authorities

• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and meeting minutes
• Report on project progress, budgets, and risks to management

• Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants and service providers

• Degree or Diploma in Property Studies, Construction Management, Town Planning, Architecture, or related field
• 38 years experience in property development, construction, or consulting
• Strong coordination, organisational, and communication skills
• Understanding of development processes and municipal approvals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and project management tools
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple projects

• R20,000 R35,000 per month (depending on experience)
