Plant Manager- KZN North Coast

1. Lead and manage extraction operations and maintenance teams
2. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of Cane Preparation, Juice Extraction, and De-watering Mill plants
3. Implement and monitor planned and routine maintenance strategies to maximize plant availability
4. Control operating and maintenance budgets for both season and off-crop periods
5. Enforce and enhance safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
6. Identify operational and technical issues and provide effective, sustainable solutions
