Duties
As a Software Engineer (Mid-Level):
- Develop, test, and maintain features using C#, .NET, and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and tech leads to deliver maintainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Refactor and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies.
As a Senior Software Engineer:
- Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive coding standards and best practices.
- Refactor legacy systems for cloud-readiness and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
What Youll Need
For Both Roles:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, Vue.js (or similar frameworks), and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong collaboration skills.
- A passion for clean code, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Additional for Senior Engineers:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical discussions.
