Internal Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell our products/services
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the best options to meet their needs
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internal sales or customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
