Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- N6 Technical qualification.
- Trade-tested refrigeration qualification (non-negotiable).
- 2-3 years of experience in equipment repairs, assembly, and quoting parts.
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting and refrigeration equipment repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and email.
- Understanding of customer service processes.
- Experience with repair, testing, and quoting of equipment.
- Ability to maintain tools and equipment
- Knowledge of catering equipment (advantageous).
- Familiarity with OHS regulations.
