The Role: Recruitment Consultant Education
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and managing education professionals for UK-based roles. You will be responsible for the full candidate journeyfrom initial contact to placementensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers, TAs, therapists, psychologists, etc.)
- Maintain strong, supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage job adverts, monitor applications, and conduct CV shortlisting
- Conduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standards
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talent
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database
- Deliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placement
- Previous experience in UK education recruitment is essential
- Familiarity with roles such as teachers, TAs, SEN specialists, and other education professionals
- Strong candidate management and delivery capabilities
- Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding protocols in the education sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work remotely and independently while engaging closely with a UK-based team
