Are you available immediately to assist a corporate being their Front Line Office Assistant / Receptionist on a 6 month contract? The position is based in the Northern Suburbs and the work-space is professional, dynamic, with a friendly, fun team to work with.

Requirements:

  • Matric with relevant experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, Office Manager
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
  • Committed to work 6 months on a fixed-term contract
  • Available immediately

Duties:

  • Meet and Greet visitors, guest and suppliers
  • Diary management
  • Arrange meetings, book boardrooms
  • General administration support
  • Arrange courier pick up and deliveries
  • Switchboard management
  • General office administration support
