Are you available immediately to assist a corporate being their Front Line Office Assistant / Receptionist on a 6 month contract? The position is based in the Northern Suburbs and the work-space is professional, dynamic, with a friendly, fun team to work with.
Requirements:
- Matric with relevant experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, Office Manager
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
- Committed to work 6 months on a fixed-term contract
- Available immediately
Duties:
- Meet and Greet visitors, guest and suppliers
- Diary management
- Arrange meetings, book boardrooms
- General administration support
- Arrange courier pick up and deliveries
- Switchboard management
- General office administration support
