- Financial/Admin Diploma or related tertiary qualification (advantageous).
- 12 years experience in retail administration, including stock, cash office, reporting, and customer service.
- HR administration experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Unisolv/Kronos experience an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Willingness to travel between branches if required.
