The Role: Senior Administrator - Asset Risk Management The role requires a Senior Administrator with sound knowledge of Commercial Insurance. The main focus is to handle tasks with urgency and accuracy, manage client relations, withstand pressure, and work self-sufficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks with at least 5 years of experience in commercial short-term insurance.
- Prepare new business documents and summaries.
- Handle renewals.
- Process amendments.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Resolve conflicts.
- At least 5 years experience in commercial short-term insurance.
- Full qualification.
- RE qualification.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Afrikaans and English.
- Sound knowledge of Commercial Insurance.
- Target driven, motivated, and confident.
- Emotionally intelligent and resilient.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong integrity and ethical behaviour.
