Regional Manager - DRC
Our client is a leading provider of industrial and mining services across Africa. They are currently seeking to appoint a Regional Manager based in Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), to oversee operations in the Copperbelt region.
Qualifications- Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline
- Post-graduate qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 10–15 years in mining/industrial operations
- 5+ years in senior management roles in Central Africa (DRC/Copperbelt preferred)
- Strong track record in workforce mobilisation
- Site HSE compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder relations with mining houses, government bodies, and unions
- Fluent English and French essential
- Proven ability to manage multi-cultural teams in high-risk environments
