The Role: Flexi Sales Assistant Somerset MallThe Flexi Sales Assistant will work shifts on weekends and weekdays, supporting the store team with customer service, sales, and maintaining store presentation. This role is ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for flexible work in retail.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Deliver excellent service and contribute to sales targets
- Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
- Accurately process sales and handle cash/card transactions
- Support team members with operational tasks when required
- Be available and reliable for scheduled shifts
- Some retail or customer service experience advantageous
