Industrial Engineer

Job Purpose: Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational, production, and business data to support decision-making, improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. The role blends industrial engineering principles with data analytics to drive optimisation initiatives across the organisation.

• Collect, clean, and interpret operational data from multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Identify inefficiencies using statistical methods and data models.
• Conduct time & motion studies, workflow analysis, and capacity modelling.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to improve processes.
• Recommend process enhancements backed by quantitative findings.
• Build forecasting models and support automation initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
• Present data insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering (essential).
• Certification in Data Analytics / BI / SQL / Python (advantageous).
• 4+ years in industrial engineering or data analytics.

• Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced).
• SQL, Python, R (advantageous).
• Lean tools, process mapping, value-stream mapping.
• Statistical analysis including regression and forecasting.
• ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Syspro, Oracle.
