Customer Support Agent

As a Customer Support Agent, youll manage incoming customer interactions via calls, emails, and other channels. Youll provide accurate product information, process orders, and resolve Level 1 (L1) technical queries efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- NQF Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role
- Fully L1 technically ready in EM product range
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ERP and Workspace systems knowledge
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Experience in a technical or industrial environment
Beneficial:
