HR and Payroll Administrator - Fuel Retail or Motor Industry Background

• Grade 12 (Matric), preferably with strong Mathematics or Accounting results.
• National Diploma or Degree in Payroll Administration, Human Resources, Financial Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing end-to-end payroll.
• Sage VIP Payroll essesntial
• Proven experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Previous experience in a fuel retail or motor industry is essential
• Experience within a MIBCO-regulated environment (Motor Industry Bargaining Council) - is essential
• Practical HR administration experience, including employment contracts and basic labour relations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Experience using biometric time and attendance systems.

• Manage the full end-to-end payroll process for approximately 600 employees.
• Process payroll accurately using Sage VIP Payroll.
• Capture and verify time and attendance data, including complex shift patterns.
• Calculate overtime, Sunday work, public holiday pay, incentives, and site bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with MIBCO, SARS, UIF, SDL, COIDA, and South African labour legislation.
