The Role: Clinical Case Assistant
This role exists to provide intraoperative clinical support for neurosurgical cases in Durban and surrounding areas. It contributes to the business by assisting with product coverage during surgeries and ensuring seamless clinical support in collaboration with the Natal-based senior representative.The main focus areas include supporting surgeons and hospital teams through flexibility and frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and technical guidance on product usage.
- Assist with intraoperative product coverage during neurosurgical cases.
- Collaborate with the senior representative to manage case schedules and coverage.
- Travel frequently within Durban and surrounding areas for case support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on case activities.
- Ensure products are prepared and available for scheduled procedures.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff and surgeons.
- Own reliable car and valid drivers license (non-negotiable).
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work late nights, weekends, public holidays, and travel frequently.
- Strong interest in healthcare/medical field, ideally with clinical exposure.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow as a growth-minded individual.
