Assistant to Sales Executive - Western Cape
Join our Client's Sales team as an Assistant to the Sales Executive in Western Cape!
Location: CPT - Northern SuburbsJob Type: Permanent
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Reporting to: Manager
Sectors: Sales and Marketing
Functions: Sales Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Executive
- Arrange travel and itineraries for the Executive
- Coordinate arrangements for the annual Sales Conference
- Collate sales reports and prepare presentations
- Assist with sales operations logistics
- Handle queries from District Branch Managers
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Secretarial or Administrative Assistant Diploma preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional language skills advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Skills:
- Life or Funeral industry experience
- Assistant to senior Management within a similar environment
- Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office
- Event planning and liaison with Sales team
