Packaging Manager

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4
• A relevant qualification in Packaging/Supply Chain Management
• 5 years supervisory experience
• 5 years extensive packaging experience in a grain milling industry
• Knowledge of operating and fault finding on automated packaging machines and robotics in a grain milling industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing of ISO 2200 and HACCP standards
• Preventative Maintenance planning (Daily, Weekly Monthly)
• Daily, weekly and monthly production and logistics planning
• Manage packaging process through optimisation of employees and machines
• Ensure packaging standard is on company and customer satisfaction level
• Inventory Management of final product and packaging materials
• Obtaining packaging targets
