Bookkeeper

As the Bookkeeper, your duties and responsibilities include the following: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records
Process and manage foreign creditor accounts, including reconciliations, payments and allocationsPrepare and submit VAT returns and assist with tax compliance requirements
Capture and reconcile supplier invoices, creditors, and payments
Manage cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
Support with import-related financial documentation and ensure all costs are accurately captured
Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary supporting schedules
Ensure all bookkeeping practices comply with financial regulations and company policies
Skills & Experience:- 7 years of experience in Bookkeeping or accounting within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and general ledger processes
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Qualification: Finance degree or diploma
