Telesales Specialist

Do you have the gift of the gab and a passion for sales? Our client in the exciting world of Information Technology is on the lookout for an energetic Sales Administrator to join their team! This 3-month contract comes with the exciting potential to extend based on your performanceso if youre ready to bring your A-game, this could be your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Maintain and update sales databases and client records.
• Assist with Mailchimp campaigns and email marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports and track sales metrics using MS Excel.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Skills Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Mailchimp.
• Energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in a tech or IT-related environment is a plus.

Package & Remuneration: Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable experience and previous earnings.
